LexternWeb: A Legal Externship Resources Website Launched

An updated version of LexternWeb was launched by the American Association of Law Schools (AALS) Clinical Section Externship Committee in 2017 and is managed by Professor Kendall Kerew of Georgia State University.  It builds on the original LexternWeb created by J.P. Ogilvy at The Catholic University of America in 2009.

The Francophone Network for Clinical Legal Education ("Réseau des Cliniques Juridiques Francophones”) is organising together with the Center Montesquieu of the University of Bordeaux (which also runs the Clinical Legal Education Program there) the 3rd Conference (in French) of the "Réseau des Cliniques Juridiques Francophones” on the 16th and 17th March 2017 in Bordeaux (France) entitled: « Univer-cités ? La dimension citoyenne des cliniques juridiques ».

GREAT SUCCESS: 4th ENCLE Conference in Valencia (Spain), 27th and 28th October 2016

The 4th ENCLE Conference entitled “Clinical Legal Education and Access to Justice for all: from asylum seekers to excluded communities” took place at the Faculty of Law, University of Valencia on the 27th and 28th October 2016 in Valencia (Spain).

The conference brought around 120 clinicians together from across Europe and abroad (more then 20 countries) to discuss all aspects of teaching and learning, learn from each other and share best practices on how to improve legal eductaion and at the same time, the access to justice to, in particular, vulnerable persons, through clinical legal education.
