PILnet: The Global Network for Public Interest Law, in collaboration with the European Network for Clinical Legal Education (ENCLE), will bring together clinical legal educators to share the latest issues and challenges affecting legal clinics worldwide. The event aims to build common standards in clinical methodology for law school-based clinics across jurisdictions (please see the draft program attached).

ENCLE, in association with the International Journal of Clinical Legal Education (IJCLE) and United Kingdom Clinical Legal Education Organisation (CLEO) organised its 5th ENCLE Conference, entitled “Bringing It All Together: Clinical Legal Educators in the 21st Century University”, from the 3rd-5th July 2017 at the University of Northumbria, Newcastle upon Tyne, UK. More then 180 clinicians from all the world participated in this important CLE gathering!

LexternWeb: A Legal Externship Resources Website Launched

An updated version of LexternWeb was launched by the American Association of Law Schools (AALS) Clinical Section Externship Committee in 2017 and is managed by Professor Kendall Kerew of Georgia State University.  It builds on the original LexternWeb created by J.P. Ogilvy at The Catholic University of America in 2009.
