| Short Description | We do not offer a general public-facing clinic, which can be accessed directly by members of the public. Instead, our clinical activities are delivered in conjunction with partner agencies, or supervised by our academic staff. Students undertake case work in a range of areas, under the supervision of practising lawyers, and also contributed to policy/research activities. Our flagship project is the Cardiff Innocence Project, which is the only Innocence Project in England and Wales to have successfully overturned two convictions at the Court of Appeal. |
