| Short Description | Our Criminal Justice Legal Clinic is an elective course, active since A.Y. 2018-2019 and reserved for fourth and fifth year students of the Law degree program.
The Clinic main activities are essentially ascribable to two types of legal approach:
1) legal assistance to those involved in criminal proceedings, under the guidance of their lawyer: this kind of activity is preferably aimed at the defense of vulnerable people;
2) street law activity to the benefit of specific categories of individuals: the latest cooperation was built in the guise of a help desk in Milano San Vittore Prison, in order to deal with foreign detainees’ “crimmigration” problems, concerning the effects of criminal charges on the regularity of their stay in Italy. |
