REGISTRATION: 11th ENCLE Conference

REGISTRATIONS ARE OPEN

Registrations are open for the 12 GAJE World-Wide Conference/11th ENCLE Conference organised between 23-26th July 2025 (Train the Trainer on 22nd and 27th July 2025) @ Lazarski University in Warsaw (Poland). 

If you wish to attend the Conference only (23-26th July 2025), chose the "CONFERENCE ONLY" ticket. If you wish to attend the General conference AND the Training of Trainers (22nd and 27th July 2025), chose the "CONFERENCE & TOT" ticket. 

Registrants can select one of three types of fee as described below: FULL FEE, REDUCED FEE, or MINIMUM FEE. Please make sure that you pay - as far as possible - the FULL FEE (e.g. by asking your University/other funders for support). This will help the conference organisers to allow as much participation as possible.

NOTE: Fee waivers are not available.

If you are interested in participating at the 12 GAJE World-Wide Conference/11th ENCLE Conference in Warsaw (Poland), please register in the following way:

3. Conference fee : 

A flexible fee system has been introduced to make the conference accessible to as wide an audience as possible. All delegates are asked to seek full funding of the fee from their university or other organization where possible. This helps GAJE and the conference organizers to cover the costs of the conference and eventually provide grants to those who would otherwise not be able to attend.

FULL FEE: For those receiving sponsorship from a university or other organisation or are otherwise able to fund conference participation: 

•  450 USD (General Conference only)
• 475 USD (General Conference & Training of Trainers)

REDUCED FEE: For those who are able to partly fund conference participation either personally or via sponsorship:

• 250 USD (General Conference only)
• 300 USD (General Conference & Training of Trainers)

MINIMUM FEE: Minimum fee for all delegates not falling into the above categories (fee waivers are not available): 

• 50 USD (General Conference only)
• 70 USD (General Conference & Training of Trainers)

 

LATE REGISTRATION FEE: After the 31st May 2025 registrations are only possible by paying the late registrations fee: 

•  475 USD (General Conference only)
• 525 USD (General Conference & Training of Trainers)

4. Payments:

You can pay the registration fee either via Stripe (with credit card option) or via Bank Transfer to the ENCLE bank account.

• N.B.: Please note, that the registration covers all costs related to the conference (including the conference dinner), but will NOT include costs for accommodation or travel.

IMPORTANT: The registration is completed only once the registration fee has arrived at ENCLE's bank account/Paypal!
