Mapping of grassroots and independent free services of legal assistance to migrants across Europe

ENCLE is partner of the Erasmus Plus Project “YEAR - Youths’ education and activism for migrants’ rights” which promotes a mapping of grassroots and independent free services of legal assistance to migrants across Europe. The goal is to set up an open-source tool that can help civil society organisations, activist groups, lawyers, legal advisors and migrants find legal support in other European countries.

Within the scope of this activity, ENCLE is carrying out a survey of live-client legal clinics which provide legal services to migrants, asylum seekers, and refugees. This form is therefore looking to gather information from live-clients legal clinics which deal exclusively with migration and asylum issues, as well as those who deal with legal issues that mainly affect people with a migration background.

If you are coordinating or involved in a clinical legal project that falls within the scope of this survey, please fill out the following form (Deadline: 31.3.2023), which is accessible here.

The YEAR project organised (in 2022/2023) also a free international online training programme. The training programme was designed to give young people and activists across Europe the practical knowledge needed to get involved in grassroots solidarity projects with migrants and asylum seekers.

The entire international online training programme (with its recorded sessions) and more information on the project are available at: www.yearproject.eu.
